Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced engineer to oversee NGD and CNG networks in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. You will plan, direct and supervise operations, develop policies, manage vendor and contract activities, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Excellent leadership, English proficiency and IT skills are essential. The role requires 8–10 years in oil & gas, with at least 5 in senior supervision, and a Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of operational Oil & Gas experience, with 5 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise operation activities and personnel.
• Develop and establish NGD policies and provide data for effective network control.
• Oversee NGD/PRS/Steel/PE and CNG station operation procedures to company standards.
• Evaluate gas purchase agreements and calibration of custody transfer equipment.
• Act as Authorizing Engineer for PRS, Steel, PE and CNG activities and support emergencies.
• Ensure NGD operations adhere to Health, Safety and Environment policies.
