Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking an Executive – Digital Content Creator (National Talent) to craft and deliver video content across events, concerts, podcasts, and social media in the UAE. You’ll use DSLR and mobile cameras, edit with CapCut and Adobe Premiere, and ensure brand-aligned output for multiple platforms.

You will manage multi-camera footage, optimize delivery, and stay ahead of trends while troubleshooting basic production issues. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital video content creation.
• Advanced proficiency in CapCut for fast-turnaround editing.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere for structured editing workflows.
• Ability to operate DSLR and mobile cameras, managing resolution, frame rate, lighting, and basic audio.
• Strong understanding of exporting and optimizing content for multiple social platforms.
• Familiarity with standard production equipment, storage solutions, and file-sharing tools.

The Role

Here's your chance to step into the role of Executive – Digital Content Creator (National Talent) – Arabian Radio Network. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Capture high-quality video footage using DSLR and mobile cameras for concerts, events, podcasts, and social media productions.

Edit and deliver fast, polished video content with strong attention to visual clarity, storytelling, and special effects.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.

Post and optimize content across social media and digital platforms.

Manage multi-camera footage and assist with basic sound editing where required.

Organize media assets efficiently, maintaining proper file management and storage practices.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and platform specifications to keep content fresh and engaging.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues during filming and post-production.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital video content creation or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in CapCut for fast-turnaround video editing.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere for structured editing workflows.
• Ability to operate DSLR and mobile camera systems, including managing resolution, frame rate, lighting, and basic audio capture.
• Strong understanding of exporting and optimizing content for multiple social media platforms and formats.
• Familiarity with standard production equipment, storage solutions, and file-sharing tools.
• Strong media organization and file management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
• Awareness of evolving digital content trends and platform requirements.
