Job summary

GFiber seeks a senior leader to serve as the central national support contact for regional operations teams, driving performance analysis and improvement across construction, maintenance, installation, and repair programs.

The role focuses on establishing baselines, benchmarking, and holding vendors accountable while building a high-performing team of analysts and specialists to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications operations (FTTH, broadband, or cable).
• 7 years of experience in Program Management leading projects.
• Experience with FTTH / GPON networks and deployments.
• 5 years of experience in leading teams and direct vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications operations (FTTH, broadband, or cable)
• 7 years of experience in Program Management leading projects
• Experience with FTTH / GPON networks and deployments
• 5 years of experience in leading teams and direct vendor management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics (Master's/MBA preferred)
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications operations
• Deep understanding of OSP Construction, OSP Maintenance, Drop burials/aerials, and In-Home Installation & Repair processes
• Proven track record of managing complex operational metrics, KPIs, and data visualization tools
• Extensive experience managing large-scale outsourced vendor/contractor relationships
