Job summary

GFiber seeks a senior leader to serve as the central national support contact for regional operations teams, driving performance analysis and improvement across construction, maintenance, installation, and repair programs.

The role focuses on establishing baselines, benchmarking, and holding vendors accountable while building a high-performing team of analysts and specialists to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications operations (FTTH, broadband, or cable).
• 7 years of experience in Program Management leading projects.
• Experience with FTTH / GPON networks and deployments.
• 5 years of experience in leading teams and direct vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary national support mechanism for regional operations teams across OSP Construction, OSP R&M, Drops, and In-Home Installation & Repair.
• Partner with regional leaders to analyze local performance data and identify root causes for underperformance.
• Own the continuous improvement of metric reporting and transition raw data into actionable insights.
• Establish national performance baselines and target benchmarks for construction velocity, repair SLAs, and installation quality.
• Leverage performance data to hold third-party vendors and contractors accountable to SLAs.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing National Operations Support team of analysts and specialists.
