Madi International is seeking a Professional Educator - Hair Care to deliver engaging hair care education, support salon professionals, and drive product knowledge and sales across the Northern Emirates. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to elevate technical standards and build strong client relationships.

As a hairstylist with 5+ years of experience and bilingual capabilities, you will conduct trainings, visits, and demos, and represent the brand at industry events.

Qualifications

• Hairstylist with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Northern Emirates.
• Confident, organized and self-motivated.
• Passionate about education, training and empowering stylists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theory and practical product trainings following brand protocols.
• Visit clients with Sales Representatives to assess training needs and deliver customized sessions.
• Host in-salon and academy demos and share training materials.
• Provide technical support during client meetings and align training with sales goals.
• Support events, launches and campaigns across the territory and ensure proper in-salon merchandising.
