Job summary

Ohana Development seeks a Maintenance Technician (Multi-skilled) to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across building systems, diagnosing faults and ensuring uninterrupted operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general assets.

You will execute scheduled PMs, attend work orders, troubleshoot equipment, maintain records, and follow safety protocols with PPE. Requires ITI or Diploma and 3+ years in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration basics.
• Demonstrated expertise in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance processes.
• High level of safety awareness, including risk assessment and safety protocol execution.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks across assigned properties and systems.
• Task Execution: Efficiently attend to daily work orders and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• General Maintenance: Maintain and repair HVAC equipment, lighting networks, water systems, pumps, and motors.
• Carpentry & Civil repairs: Address minor maintenance for doors, locks, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to unexpected equipment breakdowns to restore service with minimal delay.
• Record Keeping: Update maintenance records, work-order logs, and asset databases accurately.
• Safety & Standards: Utilize tools properly and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
