URBAN in Dubai is seeking a talented Multimedia Photographer and Videographer to join our in-house team. You will bring luxury real estate spaces to life with dynamic visuals and storytelling, working on exclusive developments and high-end properties.

You’ll cover shoots from listings to campaigns, collaborating with marketing and sales to shape content strategy, and taking ownership of end‑to‑end production, including shooting, editing, color correction, and delivery.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of professional photography and videography experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong portfolio of real estate content.
• Proficiency in Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Capture high-quality photo and video content of luxury real estate projects
• Video and editing of show homes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit images and videos for use across digital platforms, print and social media
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop visual content strategies
• Maintain organized file systems and ensure proper archiving of all content
• Stay on top of trends in real photography and videography and incorporate creativity
• Provide creative direction for property shoots and content campaigns
• Manage end-to-end production including shooting, editing, colour correction, and delivery
• Command technical awareness and proficiency with photo equipment and lighting

Multimedia Photographer & Videographer – URBAN

Through our Master Brokerage operations, we work closely with private developers, overseeing the A‑Z sales cycle from marketing to selling and payment planning, while our traditional brokerage operations provide clients and agents with access to opportunities across the wider Dubai real estate market. As URBAN continues to grow across both sides of the business, we are expanding our team and are looking for a highly skilled Multimedia Photographer and Videographer.

The Position

We're looking for a talented and creative Multimedia Photographer & Videographer to join our in‑house team. If you're someone who can bring real estate spaces to life through dynamic visuals and has a strong eye for storytelling, this could be the role for you. You'll be working on exclusive developments and luxury properties, creating content that spans across platforms, from listings and brochures to social media campaigns and developer showcases.

Role & Responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photo and video content of luxury real estate projects
• Video and editing of show homes, events, and behind‑the‑scenes moments
• Edit images and videos for use across digital platforms, print and social media
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual content strategies

Knowledge & Experience

• 2+ years of professional photography & videography experience (Dubai real estate)
• A strong portfolio of real estate content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent
• Excellent composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid UAE drivers license is mandatory

Remuneration & Benefits
