Job summary

URBAN in Dubai seeks a talented Multimedia Photographer & Videographer to showcase luxury real estate through compelling imagery and video. You will shoot exclusive developments, create content for listings, brochures, social campaigns, and developer showcases within an in-house team.

You’ll bring 2+ years of Dubai real estate photography/videography experience, strong storytelling, and mastery of lighting and editing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional photography and videography in Dubai real estate.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Excellent composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content of luxury real estate projects.
• Video editing of show homes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Edit images and videos for digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop visual content strategies.
• Manage end-to-end production including shooting, editing, color correction, and delivery.
• Maintain organized file systems and archiving.
• Provide creative direction for property shoots and campaigns.

Multimedia Photographer & Videographer – URBAN

URBAN is a unique combination of a Master and traditional real estate brokerage, operating across the full real estate spectrum from leasing and secondary sales to off-plan and exclusive in-house projects. Through our Master Brokerage operations, we work closely with private developers, overseeing the A-Z sales cycle from marketing to selling and payment planning, while our traditional brokerage operations provide clients and agents with access to opportunities across the wider Dubai real estate market. As URBAN continues to grow across both sides of the business, we are expanding our team and are looking for a highly skilled Multimedia Photographer and Videographer.

The Position

We’re looking for a talented and creative Multimedia Photographer & Videographer to join our in-house team. If you’re someone who can bring real estate spaces to life through dynamic visuals and has a strong eye for storytelling, this could be the role for you. You’ll be working on exclusive developments and luxury properties, creating content that spans across platforms, from listings and brochures to social media campaigns and developer showcases.

Role & Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content of luxury real estate projects
• Video and editing of show homes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit images and videos for use across digital platforms, print and social media
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual content strategies
• Maintain organized file systems and ensure proper archiving of all content
• Stay on top of trends in real photography and videography and incorporate creativity
• Provide creative direction for property shoots and content campaigns
• Manage end-to-end production including shooting, editing, colour correction, and delivery
• Command technical awareness and proficiency with photo equipment and lighting

Knowledge & Experience

• 2+ years of professional photography & videography experience (Dubai real estate)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent
• Excellent composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid UAE drivers license is mandatory
• Salary: AED 5,000 per month
