Job summary

Almira in Abu Dhabi seeks a real estate professional to generate client leads for buying, selling and renting properties. You will counsel clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages, and develop competitive pricing by comparing properties.

You will create property lists, show properties to buyers/renters, present offers, negotiate terms, review contracts, and promote listings through ads and open houses. Strong Arabic/English skills and a driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good speaking skills in Arabic and English.
• Preferably with a driving license.
• Excellent computer skills in typing, Microsoft Office, and Excel with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within the company and build relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Adaptable, flexible, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent properties.
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties with location, features, and square footage.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Present purchase offers to sellers.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
