ABC Realty in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Female Arabic Realtor to assist clients in property purchases and provide consultancy services within a dynamic market. The role emphasizes building client trust, advising on best-fit properties, and presenting solutions through calls, advertising, and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in real estate or related fields, strong negotiation and client-service skills, and fluency in Arabic with English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in property management or realty.
• Arabic language is required; English is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and customer care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in making audio property purchasing decisions.
• Locate customers in demand of working as a consultant solutions with cold-calling, advertising, and organization presentations.
• Assess market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and lucrative locations.
• Consult with clients to recognize their requirements, choices, and financial concerns.
