• Strong practical skills in electricity and electrical work including installation, wiring and safe handling of electrical systems.
• Experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting to identify issues and ensure reliable operation.
• Foundational knowledge in electrical engineering or equivalent technical training to understand layouts and drawings.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Experience in HVAC and plumbing is beneficial.
• Technical diploma or certification in electrical/HVAC/plumbing fields is preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrician & HVAC/Plumber). The role involves performing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks, as well as HVAC and basic plumbing work in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance, and responding to urgent service requests. The technician will be expected to follow safety standards, document work performed, coordinate with supervisors and team members, and provide professional on-site service to clients. The role may require working in various locations within Dubai and handling tasks both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong practical skills in Electricity and Electrical Work, including installation, wiring, and safe handling of electrical systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting to identify issues, perform corrective actions, and ensure reliable operation of equipment and systems.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training to understand system layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• UAE Driving License is a prefered
• Relevant experience in HVAC systems (AC servicing, basic duct and unit maintenance) and plumbing work (pipe repairs, leak fixing, fixtures) is highly beneficial.
• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing fields, along with prior experience in building maintenance or facilities services, is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, follow safety procedures, use hand and power tools correctly, and maintain accurate service records.
• Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse technical team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required, including responding to emergency call-outs within Dubai.
