Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks a Stock Controller to maintain inventory accuracy across multi-site showrooms, perform stock counts, and investigate discrepancies. The role requires travel between locations to uphold stock integrity and operational excellence.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in inventory control or related fields, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle). UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or retail stock management.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience in retail inventory management is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy across multiple showrooms through scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with ERP system records.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory processes and reporting.
• Travel between showrooms to monitor and optimize stock integrity.
