Job summary

Cemex United Arab Emirates is hiring a RMX Plant Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance across multiple sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes asset reliability, preventive & predictive maintenance, and strict adherence to Cemex HSE standards to maintain safe, efficient operations.

You will lead site maintenance supervisors, coordinate installation and commissioning of batch plants and refrigeration systems, and optimize spare parts and vendor scopes while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 8–10 years in heavy industrial maintenance.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Lifecycle management of concrete batching plants and cooling systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and SAP/ERP platforms.
• Willingness to travel between sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance operations across multiple Ready-Mix facilities.
• Mentor Site Maintenance Supervisors to balance production needs.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of new batch plants and infrastructure.
• Develop asset management, preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage external vendors, major overhauls, and safe plant shutdowns.
