Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of operations management experience in logistics/fulfillment or food processing.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing teams across shifts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts
• Leads training and meetings for processing staff
• Handles facility, inventory and space issues with licensees
• Manages ZenDesk tickets from open to close
• Reviews KPI metrics and reports to management
• Coaches shift leads and covers shifts during call-outs
• Supports P&L understanding and works with numbers to impact operations
