You will manage day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners across locations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing multi-unit cloud kitchen or QSR networks.
• Proven ability to drive cost controls, wastage reduction, and revenue growth.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations across multiple kitchen sites to ensure consistency, speed and quality.
• Own cluster P&L and drive cost optimization and revenue opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage supervisors and dispatchers across locations.
• Serve as primary contact for restaurant brands within the cluster and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, health codes, and HSE standards; liaise with talabat food safety teams and authorities.
• Track operational KPIs and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
