Job summary

Pearl Initiative Inc. in the UAE seeks a Programme Manager to lead the Governance in MSMEs Programme across the GCC, strengthening governance, transparency, and resilience in SME supply chains.

The role drives business development, fundraising, and research, while coordinating a regional working group and delivering high-impact trainings and convenings.

You will build thought leadership, manage contracts, and mentor a growing team to achieve financial sustainability and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and strong analytical skills.
• 7+ years in managing and executing programmes.
• Experience with MSMEs and governance frameworks is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance in MSMEs programme design and execution.
• Develop business development, revenue generation, and fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee project delivery, contracts, and compliance.
