Job summary

Pearl Initiative Inc. is seeking a Programme Manager for Governance in Philanthropy to lead the design, development, and execution of the programme across the GCC region.

You will build thought leadership, support next-generation philanthropy, and drive financial sustainability through fundraising and partnerships. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Education, Psychology, Sociology)
• At least 7 years of relevant programme management experience
• Experience in philanthropy, governance, and impact frameworks desirable
• Experience leading business development, revenue generation, and fundraising
• Strong verbal and written communication; stakeholder management
• Fluency in English and Arabic required

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and budgeting of the programme aligned with organisational goals and impact objectives
• Drive programmatic innovation and cross-programmatic opportunities to enhance effectiveness and impact
• Oversee business development, funding strategies, and partnerships to ensure financial sustainability
• Manage projects, contracts, and collaboration with researchers, trainers, and third parties
• Develop thought leadership content and a strong online presence to advance governance in philanthropy
• Mentor Programme Associate and monitor development plans for staff growth
• Measure impact with quarterly and yearly KPIs and publish programme reports
• Represent Pearl Initiative at events and cultivate high-level partnerships
