Job summary

MBRF in Dubai seeks a professional to coordinate and maintain the Integrated Management System across GCC factories and MENA Logistics. You will manage normative documents, monitor review cycles, and support SOX and audit activities while ensuring governance and compliance across the organization.

Fluent in English with Arabic as an advantage. 1–2 years in IMS, compliance or related areas, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are expected to drive governance and reporting across regions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems, Compliance, Internal Controls, Governance, Quality Systems, Audit Coordination or BPM.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with ISO-based management systems, SOX controls, audits, or document management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) across GCC factories and MENA Logistics.
• Manage the lifecycle of normative documents: review, validation, publication, distribution and archiving.
• Monitor document review cycles, ensure timely updates, traceability and communication of revisions to stakeholders.
• Support SOX controls, certification requirements and governance standards through monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate preparations for internal and external audits, manage auditor requests and support closure of findings.
• Monitor contract validity and renewal timelines for logistics providers and warehouses, maintaining governance documentation.
• Support insurance submissions, contract governance activities and financial integrity controls.
• Coordinate training and awareness initiatives related to compliance, governance, and management systems.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and status updates for management review.
