Job summary

VDart Digital is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with airline booking domain expertise to join our QA team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on validating CRM workflows, end-to-end booking journeys, and automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java across web, mobile, API.

You will design test plans, create automation suites, perform API testing with Postman, run SQL data validations, and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams in an Agile environment, ensuring quality through UAT

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing/QA experience.
• Hands-on testing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365).
• Airline booking/reservation domain knowledge.
• Automation testing with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
• API testing with Postman/REST Assured.
• SQL-based data validation.
• Strong understanding of STLC/SDLC and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing for Dynamics CRM.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Validate end-to-end airline booking workflows across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Create test plans, test cases, and automation suites from user stories.
• Test CRM integrations with booking engines, payments, loyalty, and APIs.
• Execute API tests with Postman/REST Assured; run SQL queries for data validation.
• Collaborate with onsite Abu Dhabi and offshore teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Log defects in JIRA/Azure DevOps and support UAT and production releases.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with strong expertise in the Airline Booking/Reservation domain and Automation Testing using Selenium Java to join our QA team. The role involves validating CRM workflows, integrations, and end-to-end airline booking journeys across web, mobile, API, and automation frameworks while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Validate end-to-end airline booking workflows, including flight search, reservations, ticketing, payments, check-in, loyalty programs, cancellations, and customer service modules.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, automation suites, and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.
• Test CRM integrations with airline systems such as booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Perform API testing using Postman/REST clients.
• Execute SQL queries for backend data validation.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners across onsite (Abu Dhabi) and offshore teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and release cycles.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps.
• Support UAT cycles, production release validation, and automation regression execution

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA.
• Hands-on testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365).
• Strong experience in the Airline Booking/Reservation domain with knowledge of booking, ticketing, check-in, loyalty, and ancillary services.
• Hands-on Automation Testing experience using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven/Gradle.
• Experience in API testing and integration testing using Postman/REST Assured.
• Experience with SQL for data validation.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
