Job summary

EDGE in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our team and optimise the CRM platform to support sales workflows, forecasting and customer engagement across the business.

You will maintain data accuracy across Leads, Opportunities, Proposals, Contracts and Sales Orders; provide first-line user support; develop standard reports, dashboards, views and charts; configure automations; and create user guides and training materials to empower colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CRM Administrator/Analyst experience.
• Hands-on MS Dynamics 365 experience.
• Experience with CRM reporting and automation.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data accuracy across Leads, Opportunities, Proposals, Contracts and Sales Orders.
• Provide first-line user support and troubleshooting.
• Develop standard reports, dashboards, views and charts.
• Configure routine CRM automations and monitor transaction progress.
• Develop user guides, procedures and training materials.
