Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a Transportation Coordinator within the Protocol and Hospitality Department in the United Arab Emirates. You will implement transportation and vehicle movement, monitor drivers, and ensure tasks align with the traffic officer and department head’s guidance.

Responsibilities include coordinating drivers, scheduling routes, monitoring compliance with traffic regulations and completing administrative duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics and supply chain management or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, reading, writing, speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to the concerned party as instructed by supervisor and coordinate with them.
• Coordinate drivers’ tasks, organize routes during field missions, and inform drivers of updates.
• Schedule daily and weekly traffic routes, prepare reports, and troubleshoot obstacles.
• Monitor drivers’ adherence to traffic rules, etiquette and protocol.
• Carry out administrative tasks as directed by supervisor.

Job Purpose

Implementing transportation and vehicle movement activities within the Protocol and Hospitality Department, and monitoring drivers affairs while they perform their assigned tasks, based on the recommendations of the traffic officer and the department head.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Receiving instructions from the direct supervisor regarding providing transportation to the concerned party and coordinating with them.
• Contributing to the delegation of drivers tasks and organizing their routes during field missions, and ensuring that drivers are informed of any updates.
• Scheduling daily and weekly traffic routes, monitoring the preparation of reports, and auditing any obstacles and challenges.
• Monitoring drivers compliance with applicable traffic rules and regulations, as well as etiquette and protocol.
• Carry out organizational and administrative tasks as directed by the direct supervisor.

Academic qualification

A bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics and supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.
