Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks an Insurance Operations Associate to support daily motor insurance activities for retail and fleet clients. You will handle quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and cancellations with accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborating with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams, you will review customer profiles, enter policy details, chase documents and ensure adherence to underwriting rules and approved authority guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Basic knowledge of motor insurance is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of previous insurance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily motor insurance operations.
• Handle retail motor quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
• Review and provide approvals based on the approved authority matrix and guidelines.
• Review customer profiles, vehicle details & supporting documents.
• Enter, review and update policy details accurately in the system.
• Follow up on pending documents, payments, approval and other requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, channel partners (internal and external) and customers.
• Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, agents and other teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and reports, and complete all work within the required TAT.
• Follow company underwriting guidelines, procedures and approval requirements.
