Job summary

Leading PJSC Insurance Companies, Abu Dhabi, seeks a Supervisor – Motor Claims Settlement and Operations (Head Office) to lead a team of CSOs and Senior Officers in overseeing motor claims settlements and operations, ensuring timely processing in line with policy terms and company guidelines.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, English and Arabic language proficiency, and supervision of daily claims activities at the head office in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate operational procedures to subordinates and monitor adherence.
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of motor claims per policy terms and authorities.
• Monitor claim settlement costs through coverage validation and liability assessment.
• Oversee review/investigation of high-value settlements to minimize leakage.
• Coordinate ambulance, medical, workshop invoices and other settlements under supervision.
• Maintain adequate claim reserves and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Supervise daily motor claims settlement and operations to meet service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor team productivity and service quality to ensure efficient processing and high customer satisfaction.
