Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Supervisor - Motor Claims Settlements & Operations (Arabic) for our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role oversees the end-to-end motor claims settlement process and daily claims operations.

You will supervise a team of CSOs and Senior Officers, ensuring timely, policy-compliant settlements and efficient service delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Motor Claims, Claims Settlement, or Insurance Operations.
• Prior experience in supervising claims teams is preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end motor claims settlement process and daily claims operations.
• Supervise a team of CSOs, Senior CSOs and Senior Officers to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Review and approve claims within authority levels, including high-value and sensitive cases.
• Monitor reserves and assess medical, workshop, ambulance, and related expenses.
• Coordinate with legal teams and internal stakeholders on claims matters.
• Lead, coach and develop team to achieve service standards and governance.
