Job summary

Mashreq Bank PSC is seeking a dynamic Mortgage Sales professional in the United Arab Emirates to acquire high net worth mortgage clients and drive growth across residential and commercial segments.

You will lead business development with real estate partners and brokers, maintain CRM lead tracking, and complete mandatory compliance trainings while staying current on market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Acquire High Net Worth mortgage customers for the Bank.
• Consistently exceed monthly KPI targets & achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
• Lead mortgage business development initiatives with targeted segments, real estate partners, and approved mortgage brokers.
• Adhere to KYC/AML policies as set out by the Bank.
• Should be fully accredited for selling mortgages & Islamic solutions.
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
• Participate in team activities like morning huddles, training, coaching, compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards.
• Follow market intelligence including internal needs & competitor activity.
• Maintains professional, technical and product knowledge by attending trainings & sales workshops.
• Ensure control requirement of the business are adhered to in line with Bank policies to ensure quality growth in business.
