Job summary

RenoFi in Dubai seeks a hands-on product professional to own the mortgage product shelf end-to-end, and to manage lender relationships and the products offered. You will support loan officers by maintaining the internal knowledge base to enable efficient origination.

Collaborating directly with the EVP of National Production, you will help scale a fintech platform focused on modern home lending and renovation financing. This role requires initiative, fast learning, and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a hands-on individual contributor role.
• Experience managing lender relationships and mortgage products.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced fintech environment.
