Job summary

Medon Pharmacy Group in the Northern Emirates invites licensed pharmacists to join our growing team. We welcome MOH-licensed pharmacists or those with a MOH Eligibility Letter.

The role involves dispensing medications accurately, guiding patients on usage and side effects, maintaining records, and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail setting. Flexible hours including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• MOH license or MOH Eligibility Letter required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview

Medon Pharmacy Group is looking for passionate and licensed Pharmacists to join our growing team in Northern Emirates.

We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced MOH-licensed Pharmacists (or those holding a valid MOH Eligibility Letter).

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in compliance with health authority regulations
• Provide clear guidance on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping of prescriptions and stock
• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and safety standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries professionally
• Support daily pharmacy operations and coordinate effectively with the team

Requirements

• Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) — mandatory
• Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) — an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and attentive to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
