Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Talent Officer - School Recruitment to specialise in MoE subject teachers across our UAE network. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with the Director of MoE and school leaders, and provide strategic recruitment support.

You will advise schools on best practices, handle contracts and onboarding, maintain recruitment trackers and reports, and ensure compliance with ADEK and KHDA throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in recruitment, with MoE subjects preferred.
• Experience in UAE education sector advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for MoE subjects (Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies, Social Studies).
• Advise Directors of MoE, Principals and hiring managers on recruitment strategy.
• Design and deliver MoE recruitment events in UAE and internationally.
• Maintain contracts, onboarding documents and recruitment compliance.
• Maintain ATS candidate data and weekly vacancy/status reports.
