Job summary

ISP is seeking a Head of MOE Curriculum in Dubai to oversee the UAE MoE curriculum across all year groups. You will lead development, ensure KHDA compliance, and embed UAE heritage and values in teaching and assessment.

As a senior leader, you will drive data-informed improvements and support teachers with inclusive practice. You will collaborate with SLT and department heads to integrate MOE with international curricula where applicable, monitor progress, and report to governors and parents in

Qualifications

• Experienced in delivering and leading UAE MoE curriculum
• Strong knowledge of assessment, differentiation, inclusion, and curriculum mapping
• Proven ability in strategic planning, staff mentoring, and curriculum development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and delivery of the MOE curriculum across year groups.
• Ensure compliance with UAE MoE curriculum requirements and KHDA regulations.
• Monitor teaching quality and learning outcomes using data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with SLT to align MOE curriculum with British or international curricula.
• Provide guidance and training for staff on inclusive, culturally responsive pedagogy.
