Job summary

Teacheroo in Dubai seeks a Head of MOE Curriculum to oversee the UAE MoE curriculum across the school, aligning with KHDA, SEF, and SIP while embedding UAE heritage and values in teaching and learning.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive curriculum development, professional learning, and monitoring of student progress, ensuring inclusive practices for Students of Determination and ELL learners.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified teacher with experience delivering and leading the UAE MoE curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, differentiation, inclusion, and curriculum mapping.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, staff mentoring, and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and delivery of the MOE curriculum across all year groups.
• Ensure compliance with UAE MoE requirements, embedding UAE heritage, culture, and values in lessons.
• Monitor teaching quality and learning outcomes, using data to inform interventions and school improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate MOE curriculum goals with other curricula where applicable.
• Lead, mentor, and support teachers in delivering MOE curriculum with effective differentiation.
