Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its mobile app portfolio. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, partnering with technology, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven improvements that boost customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

You will collaborate with UX, engineering, and business teams, drive agile delivery, and leverage customer insights to shape innovative mobile experiences for iOS and Android.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with native (iOS/Android) and cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile product delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and releases.
• Leverage insights, analytics, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement, and feedback to improve the mobile experience.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the voice of the customer balancing user needs with business goals.
