Job summary

Etihad Airways, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, seeks a senior Product Manager to own the Mobile App portfolio. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery, partnering with technology, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch, collaborating with native and cross-platform mobile teams, delivering scalable experiences and measurable growth across iOS and Android.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience working with mobile development teams using native (iOS, Android) and/or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Airline or travel industry experience is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working within Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile product delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business objectives and technical considerations.

Synopsis
