Job summary

ParamInfo is seeking a Head of Digital Product to own the mobile app and digital capabilities. You will shape strategy, prioritise roadmaps, and partner with technology and business teams to deliver guest-centric experiences that drive commercial outcomes.

You will balance vision with delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure disciplined product governance across initiatives in a complex, multinational environment in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or MBA is a plus.
• Formal training or certification in product management, agile delivery, or technology delivery methodologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the product vision for the clientDestinations mobile app in line with guest experience strategy and brand standards.
• Translate business objectives into a clear, prioritised product strategy and multi-phase roadmap.
• Balance short-term delivery needs with longer-term platform evolution and scalability.
• Act as the internal authority on what the app is (and is not) with disciplined scope management.
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of the mobile app programme from concept to launch and optimisation.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, operations, guest experience, and digital teams to gather requirements and convert them into structured product requirements.
• Establish and maintain a predictable release cadence with senior leadership visibility.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences across the app.
• Define and track product success metrics and use data to prioritise improvements.
