Planet is seeking a Digital Experience & App Executive to shape, optimise and grow our customer-facing mobile application. This role anchors the marketing owner for the app, ensuring a clear, consistent and compelling customer experience aligned with our brand and digital strategy.

You will manage app content, user journeys, and campaigns, partner with Technology, Product and Operations, and build relationships with merchants and tourism partners to unlock new opportunities and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 4-5 years in digital/app marketing, customer experience or platform roles.
• Experience managing app content, journeys and engagement campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing and customer experience for the Planet app.
• Improve in-app content, journeys and engagement touchpoints.
