Job summary

NPR is seeking an experienced data analytics professional in Dubai to drive insights for the app product team. You will own the experimentation process, run rigorous analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations across app, video, and website data.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of SQL, Firebase analytics, GA4 experience, and a proven ability to communicate complex quantitative information to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of SQL and databases experience.
• Deep experience with Google Firebase data and app analytics.
• Proficient with GA4 or similar large digital datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely or similar experimentation tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for automated reporting.
• Able to visualize data and explain quantitative info to non-technical audiences.
• Strong experimental design and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive insights for the app product team by assessing audience behavior and running experiments.
• Create and own the experimentation process on owned and operated platforms.
• Provide actionable recommendations via trend reporting and analyses.
• Write and implement complex SQL queries across app, video, and website datasets.
• Train internal teams on using data, tools and resources for decisions.
• Anticipate business needs through stakeholder research tool development.
• Proactively communicate insights to cultivate a learning culture.
