DeepLight AI in Dubai seeks a highly technical Release Manager (MLOps Delivery Lead) to drive end-to-end technical delivery, release governance, and production operations of Data Science workloads on AWS for enterprise engagements in Dubai.

This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership, AWS cloud, MLOps, DevSecOps, and production change governance. You will translate data science requirements into executable plans and orchestrate specialist squads through CAB processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on technology delivery in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record planning and executing complex production releases.
• Strong understanding of the full ML lifecycle and core AWS services.
• Practical knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and environment segregation.
• Experience delivering solutions within highly regulated sectors with security controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end MLOps delivery for AWS platform capabilities and deployments.
• Translate analytics requirements into executable epics, NFRs, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cloud & network infrastructure across enterprise teams.
• Manage change governance, CAB evidence, release windows, and rollback readiness.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and model risk controls.
• Monitor production telemetry and optimize costs.
