Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Minibar Attendant to maintain minibar stock, monitor guest consumption, and ensure accurate billing while delivering personalized and efficient service. You will support the guest experience through attention to detail and strong communication across teams.

You will work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Stores, and Food & Beverage teams to keep minibar operations seamless, rotate stock, and present products in line with Rosewood standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of F&B products and hospitality service standards.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Experience with inventory systems, POS, and operational reports.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minibar inventory and replenish minibars to par levels.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B for smooth operations.
• Monitor product quality and expiry dates; rotate stock accordingly.
• Maintain records, reports and working documents for minibar operations.
• Deliver personalized, professional service while adhering to Rosewood standards.

THE TEAM

The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences across every touchpoint of the hotel journey. The Minibar operation plays an important role in delivering convenience, personalization, and attention to detail while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and inventory control.

As a Minibar Attendant, you will report to the Manager – Housekeeping and work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Stores, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless minibar operations and guest satisfaction.

YOUR ROLE

As a Minibar Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining minibar stock, monitoring guest consumption, and ensuring accurate billing while delivering personalized and efficient service.

You will play a key role in supporting the guest experience through attention to detail, inventory management, and operational excellence, ensuring minibar products are consistently presented and replenished in accordance with Rosewood standards.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Maintain minibar inventory and replenish guest room minibars to established standards and par levels
• Monitor and accurately record guest minibar consumption, ensuring timely and accurate billing
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to support smooth daily operations
• Monitor product quality and expiry dates, ensuring stock rotation and proper inventory control
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and working documents related to minibar operations
• Deliver personalized and professional service while ensuring compliance with Rosewood Brand Standards

• You have knowledge of Food & Beverage products and hospitality service standards
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy
• You are comfortable working with inventory systems, POS systems, and operational reports
• You have strong communication and guest service skills with a professional and personable approach
• You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
• You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
