Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi seeks a meticulous Butler to deliver signature luxury service and create highly personalized experiences for guests. You will act as a bridge between guests and hotel departments to ensure requests are fulfilled with exceptional attention to detail.

Reporting to the Butler Supervisor, you will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, and other teams to ensure a seamless guest journey throughout their stay.

THE TEAM

As part of the Butler team, you will play a key role in delivering Rosewood's signature luxury service and creating highly personalized experiences for our guests. Reporting to the Butler Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other operational departments to ensure every guest journey is seamless, intuitive, and memorable.

YOUR ROLE

As a Butler, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, anticipating their needs and providing discreet, personalized service throughout their stay. You will act as the bridge between the guest and the hotel, ensuring requests are fulfilled with exceptional attention to detail and genuine care. Through thoughtful guest recognition, proactive service delivery, and collaboration with colleagues across the hotel, you will contribute to creating extraordinary experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to excellence.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver personalized and anticipatory service, ensuring every guest preference and request is handled with discretion, efficiency, and genuine care.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, conduct suite orientations, and provide a seamless check-in and departure experience in line with Rosewood and luxury hospitality standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between guests and hotel departments to coordinate services, special requests, dining reservations, activities, and other arrangements.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences to support exceptional guest recognition and personalized experiences during future stays.
• Oversee suite presentation, amenities, and room readiness, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and attention to detail.
• Support guests with personalized services including luggage unpacking and packing, wardrobe management, laundry arrangements, shoe care, and other bespoke requests.

• You have a strong understanding of luxury hotel operations and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve outstanding results.
• You are comfortable using hotel systems and technology and can efficiently access, manage, and communicate information to support guest needs.
