Job summary

Fast Link On Demand Labors Supply Services seeks a Mill Roller for the Production Section Mill in its steel facility. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Section/Structural/Middle Section rolling and direct expertise in Angles/Channels.

You will operate and monitor the rolling mill, perform roll changes, set gaps and passes, and ensure product quality and safety during production shifts. UAE-based on-site employment with company-provided meals and housing is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in steel rolling mill production.
• Strong hands-on experience in Section Mill / Structural Mill / Medium Section Mill.
• Direct experience in Angle and/or Channel rolling.
• Practical knowledge of roll assembly, roll setting and roll changing.
• Good understanding of pass sequence, pass setting and guide setting.
• Strong hands-on mill operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Section/Structural Rolling Mill during production.
• Perform roll assembly, roll setting and roll changing.
• Set and adjust roll gaps, passes and guides according to the rolling schedule.
• Operate the mill for production of Angles, Channels and structural sections.
• Ensure correct pass sequence, roll alignment and guide setting.
• Monitor billet temperature, rolling speed and product dimensions.
• Identify and resolve rolling issues such as cobbles, twisting, bending and dimensional variations.
• Coordinate with Mechanical Maintenance, Quality and other production teams.
• Ensure production targets, yield and product quality are achieved.
• Carry out routine checks of rolls, guides and rolling stands.
• Follow all safety procedures during mill operation and roll changing.

Job Purpose

Required Mill Roller with a minimum of 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience on Section Mill operations in steel plant. Must have strong practical knowledge of rolling Angles, Channels and other structural sections.

Key Responsibilities
