Decision Management Consultants LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager – Mill Mechanical in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role oversees planned, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for mill equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with IMS standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in hot rolling mill projects and mechanical maintenance.
• BE or DME required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IMS/ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute shutdowns and maintenance activities with required materials and manpower.
• Ensure spare parts availability to meet operational needs and emergencies.
• Reduce equipment downtime and meet MTTR/MTBF targets for mill equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and safety standards.
