Job summary

UAE experience and exposure to manufacturing or construction sectors are preferred. You will support VAT-related activities, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• UAE accounting experience preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing, contracting, or construction industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
• Handle AP and AR processes.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.

Sabin Plastic Industries LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai Investment Park. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals and hands‑on experience managing daily finance operations, reconciliations, reporting, and financial documentation.

The selected candidate will support accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, assist with VAT-related tasks, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Candidates with UAE experience and exposure to manufacturing, fabrication, contracting, or construction industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Support project costing and financial tracking activities.
• Assist with VAT-related activities, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents.
• Monitor invoices, payments, collections, and financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
• Maintain accurate, updated, and organized accounting records.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
