Blueprint is a technology solutions firm helping organizations deploy AI, cloud, data, and product development. We seek a senior advisor to drive adoption and design, deploy, and operationalize AI-powered workplace solutions for enterprise customers in the Dubai region.

You will lead technical engagements, guide customers and partners, and translate adoption metrics into business value while coordinating cross‑functional delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years in an enterprise customer-facing position.
• At least 5 years delivering customer-facing technical projects.
• At least 5 years working with enterprise productivity and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of enterprise AI productivity solutions.
• Deep expertise in identity, security, compliance, and information governance.
• Experience building and governing AI agents through low-code platforms.
• Minimum of two relevant technical certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-401, AB-900, AB-100, or AB-730).

Responsibilities

• Use adoption analytics to communicate usage trends and business impact.
• Coordinate partner-led implementations and internal delivery resources.
