Job summary

Avanade seeks an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions across the Microsoft stack. You will work on Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft AI services to deliver enterprise-grade AI capabilities.

The role targets professionals with 4+ years of Microsoft 365 experience and hands-on delivery of AI solutions in complex environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure governance and security, and contribute to architecture

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proven experience building AI agents or conversational solutions using Copilot Studio.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Microsoft Agent SDK, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, connectors, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, TypeScript, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of structured and unstructured data handling in AI solution design.

This role targets consultant‑level professionals with a minimum of four years of Microsoft 365 experience and proven hands‑on delivery of AI solutions in enterprise environments.

The successful candidate should combine practical development capability, platform integration skills, and understanding of enterprise governance, security, and solution architecture.

• Microsoft certifications in Azure AI, Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365.
• Previous consulting or customer‑facing project delivery experience.
