Job summary

Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager - MICE to maximize Groups/Events business, manage pre/post-event processes, and drive conversion in line with hotel budgets.

You will oversee the EBC Team, collaborate with internal departments, and participate in networking events to promote the hotel and its services. A Bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills are required.

• Experience as Assistant Sales Manager - MICE in hotel industry.
• Superior analytical skills are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Convert Groups/Events business from local and international markets.
• Coordinate pre-event, event, and post-event phases with teams.
• Lead and support the EBC Team in planning and execution.
• Attend networking events as Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai representative.
• Ensure accurate billing and client satisfaction throughout events.
