Job summary

HSBC is seeking an MI and Analytics Analyst within the regional Procurement team in MENAT. The role delivers timely management information, dashboards and regulatory reporting to support decision making and data governance across the UAE and MENAT region.

You will partner with country teams and senior stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, automate processes where possible, and provide actionable insights on billing, risk and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; UAE visa/permit considerations noted
• 1–2 years MI, analytics and reporting experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data validation
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboards and analytics desired
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders to influence actions and resolve issues
• Ability to interpret data to provide practical insights for decision-making
• Opportunity to automate reporting, improve controls, and document processes

Responsibilities

• Deliver MI packs, dashboards and reports for Global Procurement and stakeholders
• Coordinate MI inputs for governance forums including UAE Outsourcing Committee
• Manage annual outsourcing regulatory report to the Central Bank of the UAE
• Own MI requests end-to-end: prioritise, QA and deliver on time
• Prepare clear reporting highlighting trends, risks and actions
• Evaluate procurement data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Monitor performance against measures, SLAs and risk indicators
• Strengthen data quality by resolving issues with data owners and improving tooling
