Job summary

NMDC Infra in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Methods Manager to lead construction methods for major civil infrastructure projects. The role requires deep knowledge of method statements, project execution, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

You will work with clients and contractors to ensure safe, compliant delivery, with a focus on roads, bridges, utilities, and earthworks in the Middle East. A long track record in regional or international projects is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• 15–18+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure, EPC, or civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, method statements, and project execution.
• Proven experience on major infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and structures.
• Experience collaborating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Middle East or international project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise construction methodologies, sequencing, and temporary works.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual documents to guide execution.
• Lead planning, analytics, problem-solving, and reporting for projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, risk management, and construction standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Proven experience in major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and structures.

Experience working with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Middle East or international project experience is preferred.

Technical & Behavioral Skills

Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and temporary works.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
