The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, a performance-driven mindset, and the ability to partner with creative teams to craft high-performing ads. UAE campaign experience is preferred, agency background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Manage lead generation, conversion, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize budgets to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
• Build, test, and refine audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies.
• Track performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing advertisements.
