Job summary

Alfa Laval in MESEA region is hiring a Financial Data Analytics and Control professional to analyze and present financial information, manage budgets and forecasts, and support sales and cost center controlling. The core analytical engine will own FC and analytics tools, query data, build interactive reports, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights for daily and monthly operations.

Qualifications

• BA, preferably master's degree.
• Technical proficiency managing databases, data analytics tools and some programming.
• Knowledge and experience of working with databases and analytical
• Strong understanding of and experience working with businesses and financial data flows and processes.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines with high data quality.
• Business Acumen
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service and support

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Maintain and develop Analytics and FC tools, including sales and financial databases.
• Analyze business performance and variances for MESEA region.
• Perform cost analysis and maintenance of cost allocation.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from business units.
• Contribute to monthly and year-end closings.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Prepare data for corporate management and dashboards.
• Extract, clean, and transform financial data from internal systems.
• Build and optimize self-service dashboards for finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data pipelines.
• Support data literacy by helping stakeholders self-serve.
