Job summary

Ejadah is seeking an experienced MEP Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver technical training for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within Facilities Management operations in the UAE. You will ensure staff possess necessary knowledge and competencies to operate building systems safely and efficiently, aligned with client and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include delivering training sessions, developing materials and assessments, and conducting competency evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in HVAC, Electrical Systems, BMS, FM, or HSE will be advantageous.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management, MEP Maintenance, or Building Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, practical, and on-site technical training for FM personnel.
• Train on MEP/HVAC/BMS/Fire & Life Safety systems and related infrastructure.
• Develop training materials, manuals, SOPs, assessments, and handbooks.
