Job summary

Burj Line Builders in Sharjah seeks a seasoned Tenders & Contracts Manager to drive the tendering department and own the contract cycle from opportunity to signature.

You will lead a team of 5 engineers, ensure accurate MEP estimates, negotiate with clients, and manage contractual risk under FIDIC terms.

Fluency in Arabic and English, plus a track record in high-rise residential and commercial projects, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 15+ years in MEP construction with tendering and contracts.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and estimators on tenders.
• Ensure accurate MEP tender pricing against project costs.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across high-rise developments.
• Prepare, review and finalise contracts including FIDIC.
• Lead client discussions through to contract award.
• Report tender pipeline, win rate, and estimate accuracy to GM.
